<p class="dark"><strong>What is "See You in the C-Suite"?</strong><br>“See You in the C-Suite": is a mentorship program that introduces Detroit and Atlanta youth to minority leaders from Fortune 5000 companies. Our program highlights the incredible achievements of these leaders while emphasizing the hard work, determination, and resilience it takes to reach such levels of success. By providing representation and exposure to accomplished professionals, we aim to inspire the next generation of leaders from underrepresented communities.</p>
<p class="dark">Why Representation MattersRepresentation is a critical factor in shaping youth career aspirations and expectations. For many minority students, seeing leaders who look like them in prominent positions reinforces a sense of possibility and purpose. It shows them that their dreams are achievable and that they belong in every room, including the C-suite. When students feel supported and understood, it can profoundly shape how they perceive themselves and their place in society.</p>
<h2>What Students Will GainParticipants in "See You in the C-Suite" will:</h2>
